How do I pay for the products?
There are currently four ways to pay for your Testking products. Most customers use online payment with credit card. If no credit card is available Bank Wire, Western Union Money Transfer, or PayPal can also be used.
- Paying online using credit card is the most frequent and fastest payment method. The purchased products will immediately be available for download.
- Bank wires are accepted for orders with five or more products. There will be some delay, typically between 3 and 8 days for the bank wire to come through. If you are interested in bank wire payment, please contact support@testking.com for further instructions.
- We accept Western Union Money Transfer for any purchase. They payment is very quick, typically within 5 minutes. You will have the products available within a few hours after the money transfer. Use the www.westernunion.com site to locate a office close to you (Find Agent Location). If you are interested in Western Union payment, please contact support@testking.com for further instructions.
- PayPal payments can be made online from the shopping cart, and function much like a credit card payment. SImply click the Pay With PayPal button and you will be transferred to the PayPal site for payment and then redirected back to Testking.com. Your products will be available in your account within five to ten minutes.
Which credit cards does Testking accept?
We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American, Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club International, and Cartre Blanche.
Is my Credit Card Information secure at your site?
Absolutely. In fact, Testking.com never sees your personal information regarding payment. The information you submit goes directly to our processor Metacharge. The processor performs fraud checks, approves the charge, and then redirects you back to Testking.com with an approval or decline.
I am hesitant about buying things online. How secure is your site?
Security of our customer's confidential information is of utmost importance to us. We therefore use a trusted third party vendor as our card processor. All of your credit card information is processed through them on their secure network. We never see any of your confidential information and no confidential information about you is never stored anywhere on our server.
Do you share your customer information database with any third parties?
At Test King we hate spam mail as much as everyone else, and we respect your right to privacy. Therefore we will never share any information about our customers with a third-party. The only email you will receive will come from us, and you can inform us at anytime if you want to be removed from our mail list. (Opting out of the mailing list is also available through your Member's Area.)
How To Purchase
How do I make an online purchase?
Add products to your shopping cart while browsing the Testking site. Your shopping cart is located in the upper left hand corner of the site, above the quick Certification navigation. Click on the "checkout" button in the cart and finalize your selections in the overview. If you are not already a member of the Testking.com website, then you will be prompted to create a Member Account. Continue to purchase your products by clicking the "Purchase Now" button and enter your credit card information. Once your purchase has been finalized, your products will be available to you in your Member's Area. For more detailed instructions, please contact support@testking.com.
I have made an online purchase. Were are the purchased products?
The purchased products are available at your member zone. Here is the procedure to download your product:
- Go to www.testking.com
- Click on Login (to the left).
Note: If there is just a Member zone link you would not be required to enter e-mail and password. - Enter e-mail and password
Latest versions of the purchased products are downloadable from here. Use the links in your member zone to access your products.
I do not have any credit card. Can I purchase TestKing products?
Yes, TestKing accepts Bank Wire, Western Union, and PayPal payments. Contact support@testking.com for further instructions on how to purchase with Bank Wire or Western Union Money Transfer.
Do I receive a receipt?
Yes, you receive an order confirmation e-mail for every purchase. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt and is also stored in your member zone for easy access.
How to access purchased products
I need further download instructions. Where can I find it?
You can find all of your purchased products in the Member's Area. You will find download and activation information for each of your purchased products there. If you encounter difficulties accessing or finding your products, contact support@testking.com for assistance.
Purchase Problems
I am not able to add products to my Shopping Cart. What is wrong?
Testking.com requires that cookies be enabled in your web browser. Please make sure that you have cookies enabled, and that you are using a browser that supports cookies.
The system does not accept my credit card. What should I do?
- The VALID field in the form is optional, if you do not know what this is, you can leave it blank.
- Double check, or re-enter your credit card and billing information.
If you continue to have difficulties, please contact sales@testking.com for further advice.
I am absolutely sure I entered the correct credit card information, and still the system does not accept it. What should I do?
If the information you are submitting is absolutely correct, and you are still unable to make a purchase, it is possible your credit card purchase is being flagged as fraudulent, or for some reason your credit card company is not allowing the purchase. Contact your credit card issuer and ask if they are blocking any purchases. Your purchase will also be rejected if you have insufficient funds, make certain that you have credit available for the amount of your purchase.
You can try another card or use an alternative payment method. There are three alternative methods of payments:
- Payment through Bank Wire.
- Payment through Western Union Money Transfer.
- Payment using PayPal.

The purchase went through successfully, and I received an order confirmation e-mail. Still the purchased products do not show up in my member zone. What is wrong?
Some orders are manually reviewed. Your products should be available within 12 hours. If more than 12 hours has passed then please contact support@testking.com.
The purchase seems to have gone through, though I have not received any e-mail confirmation on the purchase. What is wrong?
Please, contact support@testking.com and we will examine your purchase and account. If there was a hiccup in the automated purchase process, we can process the activation email manually. Please include your TestKing login ID in the mail.
Terms and Conditions
How are the goods delivered?
All purchases are activated and downloaded from your Member's Area online at testking.com. Typically you will have access to your purchases 10 minutes after we have received your payment. If your order is manually reviewed however, there might be a delay up to 12 hours before your product is available for download.
How do I return the products I have purchased?
After successful purchase from Testking your product(s) will be made available within ten minutes through your Member's Area. If for any reason you have difficulties accessing or using your product or service you have direct email access to our support team through support@testking.com. In the event that we cannot solve any technical difficulties we will replace your product or service with a new product/service of your choosing - or credit the account you used to make the purchase.
Due to the electronic delivery nature of our products and services there is never a need for Returning your purchase.
At the end of your product license term, you will no longer receive automatic updates or support for your purchase. Letting your subscription to Testking expire will effectively cancel your license, no special notice is required by you, the user, to cease a product's life cycle.
Frequently Asked Questions about your products, services and any charges can be found in your Testking Member's Area, and by contacting support@testking.com. Testking.com will respond to all customer inquiries (by phone or by email) within 48 hours.
How do I ask for a refund?
In the event that we cannot solve any technical difficulties we will replace your product or service with a new product/service of your choosing - or credit the account you used to make the purchase. Contact sales@testking.com if you feel you are in need of a refund or need customer support.
How do I cancel a purchase?
Contact sales@testking.com for assistance.
How long does it take for you to respond to my emails?
Most emails are answered within 24 hours. All emails are answered within 48 hours.
What kind of Data Protection does Testking have?
User information including email address, password and product purchase history are stored on our secure servers. Credit card and payment account information is recorded by the credit card processor itself, Testking never has access to your credit card information.
